All items in our craft thrift are new in the sense that they have never been knit or crocheted with before! Packaging conditions may vary.
For items in our craft thrift, we will accept returns on any items ordered within 30 days of your contacting us (however we will not be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or lost/damaged returned packages). We cannot accept returns of any damaged or used items, further than the condition in which you received your items, regardless of time frame.
